First Session

The intake assessment! Here we can discuss any questions you might have about therapy and begin to dive into some background history. We will discuss many areas of your life and what led you to seek therapy services.

Second Session

In the second session, we will cover questions from our initial intake that I did not get to and then get a chance to have a more in depth conversation about your treatment plan, mutual goals and expectations for our time together.

Subsequent Sessions

Subsequent sessions will start to feel more like talk therapy and be directed by you, the client. I will tailor the treatment plan and our time together to meet your specific needs.

60 mins | $125

I offer a limited number of pro-bono and reduced rates for those in financial hardship or with a limited budget. If you are in need of financial assistance, please let me know on your intake forms and I can discuss options with you.

I am out-of-network with insurance companies, however I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company for more information on your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement will depend on your insurance plan.
